TFP Bureau, Raipur; July 22, 2024: In a move towards better and more transparent administration, the district administration has launched a call center at the Collectorate to swiftly address the problems of common citizens. This initiative aims to provide significant relief to those visiting government offices for various issues.
The call center, equipped with four telephone lines, will operate 24 hours a day, allowing citizens to register their complaints and problems. Upon registration, citizens will receive an SMS confirmation. A dedicated portal has also been established to monitor the resolution process of registered issues.
