President of India Appoints Additional Judges to Chhattisgarh High Court

Bibhu Datta Guru and Amitendra Kishore Prasad Named as Additional Judges Following Consultation with Chief Justice of India

TFP Bureau, New Delhi, August 12, 2024: The President of India has appointed two new Additional Judges to the Chhattisgarh High Court, following consultation with the Chief Justice of India. The appointments were made under the powers conferred by the Constitution of India.

Advocates Bibhu Datta Guru and Amitendra Kishore Prasad have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court. Their appointments are part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen the judiciary and enhance the efficiency of the legal system in the state.
