TFP Bureau, Raipur; September 19, 2024: In response to the tragic massacre in Chharched village of Balodabazar-Bhatapara district, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has extended his deepest condolences and announced financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased.
In a compassionate gesture, the Chief Minister spoke directly with the victim’s family via video call, offering his support and sympathies. Addressing Bhuvaneshwar Kewat, the elder brother of the deceased Chaitram Kewat, and their mother Mongra Bai Kewat, Shri Sai expressed his sorrow over the tragic incident. “This is a very sad event, and we stand by you in this moment of grief,” he said.
Acknowledging the family’s pain, the Chief Minister pledged that the perpetrators of the massacre will face strict punishment. “It is difficult to put into words the anguish the family is going through. Our government is committed to ensuring that justice is served, and the criminals responsible for this heinous act will be punished severely,” he stated.
The announcement reflects the government’s focus on providing support and delivering justice in the wake of the tragic incident.
