TFP Bureau, New Delhi, September 30, 2024: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has welcomed the Union government’s approval of a significant Rs 11,000 crore fund for the development of road infrastructure in Chhattisgarh. The announcement followed a meeting between Shri Sai and Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, in New Delhi on Monday.
Speaking on the development, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated, “The approval of Rs 11,000 crore for road infrastructure will significantly improve the state’s connectivity. Well-developed roads are crucial for accelerating Chhattisgarh’s overall progress, facilitating smoother transportation and fostering industrial and business growth.”
Shri Sai further emphasized that his government remains committed to enhancing the state’s infrastructure and that this financial boost will pave the way for more efficient transport, benefiting both the economy and the people of Chhattisgarh.
