Chief Minister’s Initiative Boosts Employment Opportunities for Young Talents

TFP Bureau, Raipur, October 9, 2024: In a significant move to bolster employment opportunities for the youth, the Finance Department has sanctioned the recruitment of 102 engineers in the Public Works Department following directives from Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai. This recruitment includes 86 civil engineering positions and 16 deputy engineer roles in the Electrical-Mechanical sector.

Swift Recruitment Process Underway

Chief Minister Sai has emphasized the need for a rapid recruitment process to fill vacancies across various state departments. The Finance Department is working diligently to expedite the hiring for these essential positions. This initiative is part of a broader effort to address over 6,000 government job vacancies, signaling a proactive approach to enhance state services.

A Focus on Youth Employment and Development

The Chhattisgarh government is committed to the overall development of the state, continuously creating opportunities in the public sector for its youth. Under Chief Minister Sai’s leadership, various initiatives are being implemented to promote young talent and facilitate their entry into the workforce.

In the past ten months alone, the Finance Department has approved recruitment across more than eight departments, including the Health Department, Public Health Engineering Department, Agriculture Department, and others. The fast-tracked recruitment process, particularly within construction agencies, is expected to significantly improve the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the state, ultimately benefiting the community at large.
