TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 1, 2024: In a significant move for the upcoming Rajyotsav and Rajya Alankaran Samaroh 2024, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao met with Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar during a recent visit to New Delhi. On behalf of the state government, he formally invited the Vice President to serve as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of Rajyotsav, set to take place in Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, from November 4 to 6. The closing ceremony will coincide with the State Decoration Ceremony on November 6, celebrating the achievements and contributions of the state.
To facilitate attendees traveling to the festival, special BRTS bus services will be operational during the event. Buses will run from various points in Raipur, including Raipur Railway Station, DKS Bhawan, Telibandha, and CBD, directly to the Rajyotsav Mela Ground. Departures will occur every half hour between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with return services available from 12:12 PM to 11:12 PM.
The Rajyotsav will feature a development exhibition highlighting government initiatives and schemes, along with cultural events planned for each evening, promising a vibrant showcase of Chhattisgarh’s rich heritage. The state government encourages all citizens to participate in this grand celebration, emphasizing the importance of unity and cultural pride.
