TFP Bureau, Raipur, January 2, 2025: Nava Raipur Atal Nagar is fast becoming a hub for information technology and IT-enabled services (ITeS), thanks to the proactive efforts of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai. The state government, under his leadership, is working tirelessly to transform Chhattisgarh into a developed state, mirroring India’s vision for development. With a special focus on employment opportunities in the IT sector, Nava Raipur is emerging as a beacon of growth and progress for local youth.
Finance Minister Shri OP Choudhary highlighted that leading IT companies such as Square Business Services and Teleperformance have already started operations in Nava Raipur, providing over 260 jobs to young professionals. Additionally, recruitment drives by companies like CSM Technologies and expansion plans by Teleperformance indicate a bright future for employment in the region.
Stories of Transformation
Among the success stories is 24-year-old Satrupa from Raipur, who dreamed of becoming self-reliant and supporting her family. Coming from a modest background, Satrupa’s hard work led her to secure a position at Square Business Services. Within her first year, she was promoted, and her increased salary brought financial stability to her family. Her story is a testament to the transformative impact of the state government’s IT initiatives.
Square Business Services has recruited 180 professionals, while Teleperformance has hired 80, with plans to add another 100 employees soon. Meanwhile, CSM Technologies is gearing up to recruit 200 professionals. These developments signal a wave of positive change not just for Nava Raipur but for the entire state of Chhattisgarh.
Government Support for IT Professionals
The state government is taking significant steps to support the IT workforce in Nava Raipur. Plans include providing free bus services between Raipur and Nava Raipur for IT professionals, along with residential facilities for employees of companies like Square Business Services. In addition, state-of-the-art offices are being constructed in CBD Sector 21 to create a world-class work environment.
With these developments, Nava Raipur is poised to generate over 10,000 employment opportunities in the IT sector in the near future, making it a major center for technology-driven growth and a magnet for young talent in Chhattisgarh.
