TFP Bureau, Prayagraj, January 30, 2025: The Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, has been a massive event for millions of devotees, with over 10 crore people already taking a holy dip at the Sangam. Amidst the vast crowds and spiritual fervor, Adani Group, in collaboration with ISKCON, has launched an impressive initiative to provide free, satvik food to millions of devotees, ensuring that their hunger, thirst, and fatigue are alleviated.

Every day, from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, lakhs of devotees are served delicious Mahaprasad, including rice, dal, vegetables, roti, and sweets, prepared without onion or garlic in large pots. The preparation process begins at midnight, with a dedicated team of about 100 people working tirelessly to ensure that the food is ready for distribution by morning. The cooking and distribution are carried out under strict cleanliness and purity standards.

A Labor of Love for Devotees
ISKCON spokesperson, Shri Ramsevak Ji, shared that the team works round the clock to ensure smooth distribution. “From midnight, we prepare several kilos of food in large vessels. The food is nutritious and tasty, prepared with love and care, to serve the devotees,” he explained.

Adani Group’s commitment to serving the devotees is visible not only in food distribution but also in their efforts to provide additional services. The Group has also distributed 1 crore Aarti collections free of cost and offers over 4 dozen golf carts to assist elderly and disabled devotees in reaching the Sangam for their holy dip.
