The Chief Minister’s native village of Bagiya turned into a celebration hub as local residents gathered to wish him on his birthday. In keeping with tradition, CM Sai celebrated his birthday with a religious ceremony. He, along with his family and devotees, listened to the Shri Satyanarayan Vrat Katha at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Bagiya, praying for the prosperity and well-being of Chhattisgarh.
A Heartwarming Birthday Celebration with the Girls of Balika Griha
Later in the day, CM Sai visited the Government Girls Home in Khamhardih, Raipur, where he shared his birthday with the young girls residing there. During the celebration, he cut a birthday cake with the girls, listened to their innocent wishes, and immediately fulfilled one request by gifting them a sound box. CM Sai also announced Rs 10 lakh for the improvement of facilities at the Balika Griha, including computers and water coolers, to ensure a better learning environment.
Reflecting on his own childhood, CM Sai shared memories of his school days, motivating the girls to value education and embrace struggles as stepping stones to success. He assured them that the state government would continue to support their future growth.
