This comprehensive and diverse assembly mirrors Congress’s commitment to inclusivity and the enrichment of ideas from across the spectrum.

The unveiling of the new CWC comes after much speculation regarding potential alterations in leadership. While initially discussing the prospect of accommodating up to 35 members, the party ultimately expanded the roster to 39, allowing for a more extensive representation of voices and perspectives.

Prominent among the special invitees are Pawan Khera, Supriya Shrinate, and Alka Lamba, who bring a unique dynamic to the committee’s discussions and decisions.

The 2023 CWC underscores the party’s dedication to rejuvenating its ranks and fostering a more inclusive, representative leadership structure. With the infusion of experienced and new voices alike, Congress is poised to navigate the political landscape with renewed vigor and vision.
