Congress Bharosa Yatra Sweeps Across Chhattisgarh Assembly Constituencies today
TFP Bureau, Raipur, Oct 02, 2023: As part of its ongoing election campaign, the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee has launched a one-day Congress Bharosa Yatra, covering all 90 assembly constituencies across the state. This massive yatra is being conducted individually in each of the 90 assembly constituencies, encompassing a journey of approximately 20 to 30 kilometers within each constituency, ultimately totaling 100 kilometers today. The culmination of each yatra will feature a public meeting, providing an opportunity to engage with the citizens.
During these yatras, dedicated Congress party workers are distributing informative pamphlets highlighting the accomplishments and welfare schemes initiated by the Congress-led state government. Additionally, they are shedding light on the shortcomings of the Central Government and the governance issues that have persisted during the 15-year tenure of the Raman Government.
The Congress Bharosa Yatra is being executed through a combination of motorcycle rallies and Bharosa Rath (trust chariots), drawing attention and participation from enthusiastic supporters. Prominent leaders from the Congress party are actively participating in the yatras, underscoring the party’s unity and commitment to reaching every corner of the state.
Key leaders leading the yatras in their respective assembly constituencies include:
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in Patan
Kumari Selja, who serves as in-charge of the campaign
Deputy Chief Minister T.S. Singhdev in Surguja
Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant in Sakti
State Congress President Deepak Baij in Bastar
Notably, all ministers, Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), and Members of Parliament (MPs) are actively participating in the yatras within their respective regions.
The Congress Bharosa Yatra serves as a powerful vehicle for the Congress party to connect with citizens, share their achievements, and communicate their vision for the future. It demonstrates the party’s dedication to serving the interests of the people of Chhattisgarh and fostering a brighter future for the state.
Sushil Anand Shukla, Chairman of the Congress Communication Department for the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee, emphasized the importance of this yatra as a means to strengthen the party’s presence across the state and engage with the public effectively.
