CEO Mrs. Reena Kangale Informs Political Parties and Departments About Key Election Guidelines and Software Training for Complaint Resolution
TFP Bureau, Raipur, Oct 10, 2023: In a proactive effort to ensure transparent and efficient assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Mrs. Reena Babasaheb Kangale recently convened a meeting with representatives of recognized political parties. During this meeting, detailed information was provided on crucial aspects of the electoral process, including the Model Code of Conduct, election expenditure monitoring, nomination filing procedures, and Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines.
Additionally, in preparation for the upcoming Assembly Elections-2023, a training session has been scheduled for October 12, 2023, aimed at facilitating the swift resolution of complaints received through various mediums via specialized software. This training will be held at the Chief Electoral Officer’s office in Raipur and will involve nodal officers from all departments, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the complaint resolution software.These proactive measures are indicative of the state’s commitment to upholding the principles of democracy, transparency, and accessible elections.
