Priyanka Gandhi to Attend CM Baghel’s Nomination Event in Chhattisgarh

TFP Bureau, Raipur, Oct 25, 2023: Following the announcement of assembly election dates in Chhattisgarh, political parties have been actively nominating their candidates. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel, is scheduled to file his nomination in Durg on October 30, and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi is set to participate in this nomination program.
Notably, six candidates from Durg district will collectively file their nominations. With candidate selections now finalized, preparations for the nomination process have commenced. In rural areas, nominations are being submitted peacefully, while prominent leaders from Delhi are arriving to file nominations in high-profile constituencies.
Recently, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Assam’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, submitted nominations on behalf of former Chief Ministers Dr. Raman and Arun Sao, respectively. In response, the Congress party is gearing up to demonstrate its strength, with the presence of its top leaders during the nomination phase.
This political activity underscores the significance and competitiveness of the upcoming assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. The participation of leaders from across the country adds to the momentum and excitement surrounding the electoral process in the state.
