As Chhattisgarh awaits the second phase on November 17, Mandaviya spoke of liberating the state from misgovernance and ushering in an era of development. He asserted that Chhattisgarh is on the cusp of a positive transformation, with the lotus poised to bloom.
Addressing the success of BJP’s election strategy, Mandaviya highlighted the party’s effective communication of its commitment to the state’s progress. Notably, he mentioned the impactful Parivartan Yatra led by BJP State President Arun Sao and Opposition Leader Narayan Chandel, which garnered significant public support.
Mandaviya emphasized that the Modi Ji’s Guarantee – 2023, outlined in the BJP’s resolution letter, serves as a roadmap for Chhattisgarh’s development. The manifesto prompted the Congress to revise its guarantees, reinforcing the BJP’s confidence in victory.

Mansukh Mandaviya unveiled the BJP’s immediate post-election agenda, promising significant developments in December. If the BJP secures victory on December 3, Mandaviya pledged swift action:
- Housing for the Poor: In the first cabinet meeting, funds for 18 lakh houses will be released, ensuring shelter for the underprivileged.
- Youth Justice: Investigation into the alleged PSC examination scam, aimed at protecting the rights of Chhattisgarh’s youth.
- Farmers’ Bonus: On December 25, Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birthday will be celebrated as Good Governance Day, with farmers receiving a two-year bonus.
- Paddy Procurement: Farmers selling paddy will receive Rs 65100 per acre directly into their accounts.
- Women’s Welfare: Implementation of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, providing ₹1000 per month to married women in Chhattisgarh.
