PM Modi Addresses Rozgar Mela, Distributes 51,000 Appointment Letters

Rozgar Mela paves the way for youth to become the makers of a ‘Viksit Bharat’.

TFP Bureau, New Delhi; Dec 1, 2023: In a significant move towards employment generation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Rozgar Mela, distributing approximately 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals through video conferencing. The recruits, selected nationwide, are set to join various Ministries and Departments, including Revenue, Home Affairs, Higher Education, School Education, Financial Services, Defence, Health & Family Welfare, and Labour & Employment.

During the virtual address, PM Modi expressed the government’s commitment to providing employment opportunities for the youth. He congratulated the new appointees and emphasized the significance of their role in directly engaging with the public. The Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the “Ease of Living” for citizens and urged the appointees to prioritize this aspect.

Reflecting on Constitution Day, PM Modi commemorated the adoption of the Constitution in 1949, emphasizing equal rights for every citizen. He acknowledged the contributions of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and underscored the neglect of equality principles post-independence. The Prime Minister credited the government since 2014 for prioritizing the deprived and reaching those who had not received benefits before.

PM Modi discussed the ongoing infrastructure revolution in India, particularly in areas like highways, railway stations, airports, and waterways, leading to the creation of numerous jobs. He condemned incomplete projects as an injustice to honest taxpayers, highlighting the government’s efforts to expedite project completion.

Addressing real estate issues, PM Modi credited the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for transparency and increased investment. He noted over one lakh real estate projects registered under RERA, contributing to substantial employment opportunities.

PM Modi pointed out that global institutions are optimistic about India’s growth story, emphasizing the country’s economic achievements. He urged the appointees to ensure the benefits of development reach every individual, emphasizing the dream of a developed India through collective efforts.

Encouraging continuous learning, PM Modi highlighted the ‘Karmyogi Prarambh’ module, urging the new appointees to engage in the training process. He congratulated them on their success, extending best wishes for their contributions to nation-building. The Rozgar Mela aligns with the government’s commitment to prioritize employment generation and empower the youth for national development.
