Chief Minister Emphasizes Collaborative Governance at Secretaries’ Meeting

TFP Bureau, Raipur; December 15, 2023: Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai led a meeting of secretary-level officers from various departments at Mahanadi Bhawan on Thursday, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in fostering development within the state.

During the session, senior officials provided insights into the diverse schemes currently underway in the state. Chief Minister Sai highlighted the vital synergy between governance and administration, labeling them as the twin propellers of development. He emphasized his government’s commitment to unbiased governance, aiming to function collaboratively with a spirit of teamwork. Mr. Sai expressed a familial connection with administrative officers, emphasizing the unity needed for effective governance.

Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Arun Sao praised the amiable nature of Chhattisgarh’s people and stressed the collective responsibility to achieve the state’s aspirations. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Sharma delved into the symbiotic relationship between citizens, administration, and governance within the democratic framework. He expressed determination to steer the state toward comprehensive development through collaborative efforts.

In a symbolic gesture, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai handed over the ‘Manifesto’ to Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, signifying a commitment to the implementation of key initiatives. Deputy Chief Ministers Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma were present during this significant occasion, along with Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrat Sahoo and secretaries from all departments.

The meeting concluded with an optimistic outlook towards inclusive governance and a unified effort to propel Chhattisgarh towards new heights of development.
