Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai Inaugurates “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra,” Distributes Financial Assistance and Gas Connections
TFP Bureau, Raipur; Dec 16, 2023: Swami Vivekananda Sarovar Park in Raipur came alive with vibrant stalls set up by various departments on the occasion of the inauguration of the “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.” Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai actively participated in the event, inspecting diverse stalls and engaging with beneficiaries.
During the ceremony, Chief Minister Sai handed over a cheque of Rs. 8 lakh to Mr. Deepak Wadhvani under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, furthering financial inclusion. Additionally, he distributed Rs. 20,000 under the PM SVANidhi Yojana to Shabnoor Bano, providing crucial financial assistance to uplift beneficiaries.
The Health Department registered 176 beneficiaries for the Ayushman card, enhancing healthcare access for citizens. Chief Minister Sai continued his commitment to social welfare by providing new gas connections to Mrs. Indrani Chandrakar and Mrs. Usha Bai under the Ujjwala scheme, promoting clean energy initiatives.
Inspecting the stall of the Women and Child Development Department, Chief Minister Sai inquired about departmental schemes aimed at empowering women and children. The event also saw Chief Minister Sai participating in the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative, symbolized by the cutting of a cake.
Further promoting citizen services, Aadhaar cards of 33 individuals were updated at the Aadhaar service center, facilitating accurate and up-to-date identification records.
The “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” serves as a comprehensive platform for citizens to engage with various government initiatives and benefit from essential services, aligning with the government’s commitment to holistic development and inclusive governance.
