TFP Bureau, Raipur; Dec 22, 2023:  In a significant development, Kiran Singh Dev, the MLA from Jagdalpur, has been appointed as the new state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Chhattisgarh. The order for this appointment was issued by the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Jagat Prakash Nadda.

Prior to Kiran Singh Dev, the responsibility of BJP State President was held by Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saav. The appointment comes at a pivotal juncture for the BJP, as the party recently secured a resounding victory in the 2023 assembly elections, reclaiming power in Chhattisgarh.
