Helmet Awareness Rally Launched by Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai from Bagiya Niwas

The event witnessed the presence of MLA Pathalgaon Mrs. Gomti Sai

TFP Bureau, Raipur; January 16, 2024: Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai inaugurated the Road Safety Helmet Awareness Rally and Anjor Rath, commencing from his hometown Bagiya in Jashpur district. As part of the 34th National Road Safety Month 2024, this awareness campaign will traverse the entire district over the next month, enlightening citizens about road and cyber safety.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai urged everyone to prioritize adherence to traffic regulations. Emphasizing the importance of wearing helmets while riding two-wheelers and seat belts while in four-wheelers, he cautioned against drunk driving and careless behavior on the roads. Stressing the potential consequences of a small mistake, he called for responsible rule compliance.

The event witnessed the presence of MLA Pathalgaon Mrs. Gomti Sai, IG Mr. Ankit Garg, CCF Mr. Naveed Sajauddin, Collector Dr. Ravi Mittal, SP Mr. D. Ravi Shankar, along with other public representatives and senior officers.

Organized by the Jashpur District Police Department, the rally aims to promote rule adherence by educating people about the repercussions of violating traffic rules. The Nava Anjor Rath will employ video films to inform the general public about road safety measures and cybersecurity precautions. The chariot is scheduled to tour the entire district throughout the upcoming month.
