TFP Bureau, Raipur; January 19, 2024: In a ceremonial event held at the State Guest House Pahuna on Friday, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai officially flagged off the ‘Ram Rath.’ Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma also joined the occasion, both leaders extending their wishes through handwritten ‘Jai Shri Ram’ messages enclosed in letters, which were placed in the Rath bound for Ayodhya’s Shri Ram Lala. The messages conveyed prayers for the well-being and prosperity of the people of the state. Students from Raipur Convent School contributed by placing their messages in the designated drop box.
The event witnessed the presence of notable personalities, including Chhattisgarhi film director Shri Manoj Rajput, along with Dr. Om Makhija and Shri Prem Dewangan.
Simultaneously, the ‘Ek Chithi Siyaram Ke Naam’ campaign, organized by the 94.3 My FM radio channel, is in progress. As part of this initiative, the ‘Ram Rath’ will traverse the state, collecting written messages in the form of letters from residents expressing their wishes. These heartfelt messages will be presented to Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya. In return, the Rath will bring back soil and prasad from Ayodhya, symbolizing blessings for the devotees.
