TFP Bureau, Raipur; January 30, 2024: In alignment with the directive from the Chhattisgarh Government, the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) is set to revamp its examination system, taking inspiration from the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Not only will CGPSC release an annual calendar for recruitment exams, but it also plans to establish examination centers for competitive exams in every block across the state.
CGPSC has issued requests to all government departments, seeking information about vacant positions to be filled over the next three years, along with the corresponding demand letters. The Commission aims to release the examination calendar within a month, based on the data collected from various departments.
In a proactive move, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has reached out to all Public Service Commissions nationwide, seeking insights into their best practices for diverse selection processes and recruitment exams. A committee will be formed to analyze the shared information, and the Commission will devise an action plan to implement these best practices, fostering a more effective examination process.
