Admit Cards Released for Rural Agriculture Extension Officer Recruitment Exam

The admit card includes both the candidate’s copy and the ‘copy of Vyapam,’ which must be submitted at the examination center during each examination shift

TFP Bureau, Raipur, February 2, 2024:  The Directorate of Agriculture, Chhattisgarh, Nava Raipur, has issued admit cards for the Rural Agriculture Extension Officer Recruitment Examination (RAEO23), scheduled for February 4, 2024. Chhattisgarh Vyapam is set to conduct the examination under the Directorate of Agriculture, Chhattisgarh Raipur.

Aspiring candidates can download their admit cards from their profiles starting January 29, 2024. Additionally, the admit cards can be obtained from Vyapam’s official website (http://vyapam.cgstate.gov.in) and (https://vyapamaar.cgstate.gov.in), CHIPS website (http://cgstate.gov.in), Public Relations website (https://dprcg.gov.in), and the Directorate of Agriculture, Chhattisgarh website. Candidates can access their admit cards by visiting their profile login page through any of the provided links on the Aagriportal.cg.nic.in website.

Candidates will receive a short URL via SMS on their registered mobile numbers. By visiting this URL, candidates can directly obtain and print their admit cards. The admit card includes both the candidate’s copy and the ‘copy of Vyapam,’ which must be submitted at the examination center during each examination shift. It is essential for candidates to download the entire admit card and take a printout.

On the day of the examination, candidates should arrive at their respective examination centers one and a half hours before the scheduled time, equipped with their original identity card. Any concerns regarding the examination center can be addressed by contacting the helpline number 0771-2972780 or the mobile number 8269801982. If the downloaded admit card lacks the candidate’s photograph, two colored passport size photographs must be brought to the examination center.

The Controller Vyapam emphasized in the issued letter that admit cards will not be dispatched to candidates through the postal service. Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the geographical location of their examination center a day before the exam. After the start of the examination, entry into the examination center will not be permitted. Candidates must present their original photo ID proof, such as Voter ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card (e-Aadhaar Card accepted), Passport, or School Identity Card with a photo/Marksheet with a photo in original (photocopy not accepted). Entry to the examination center will be denied in the absence of the original identity card.
