TFP Bureau, Raipur, February 6, 2024 : The Women and Child Development Department has launched Mahtari Vandan Yojana, witnessing an overwhelming response with more than 1.81 lakh women applying on the first day. However, department officials have cautioned women to be vigilant against fake links proliferating on social media platforms, emphasizing the need to apply only through the official department’s web portal and mobile app.
Officials urged women to utilize the authentic website https://mahtarivandan.cgstate.gov.in and the designated mobile app for online applications. Women can also opt for alternative application methods by reaching out to their Anganwadi Centre, Gram Panchayat Secretary, Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), or the ward in-charge of their area.
In a stern warning, officials highlighted the presence of a fake link (https://www.mahtarivandanyojana.info/beneficiary-apply) circulated by anti-social elements on social media, stressing that no private organization or individual has been authorized by the department for application processes.
