TFP Bureau, New Delhi; February 11, 2024: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is set to distribute more than 1 lakh appointment letters to newly recruited individuals on February 12, 2024, at 10:30 AM via video conferencing.
During the event, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of Phase I of the Integrated Complex “Karmayogi Bhavan” in New Delhi. This complex aims to foster collaboration and synergy among various pillars of Mission Karmayogi.
The Rozgar Mela will be held at 47 locations across the country, facilitating recruitments in Central Government Departments and State Governments/UTs. The newly inducted recruits will join various Ministries/Departments, including the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, and Ministry of Railways, in diverse positions.
The Rozgar Mela underscores Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to prioritizing employment generation in the country. It is expected to catalyze further employment opportunities and empower youth for their direct participation in national development.
Moreover, the newly appointed individuals will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. With over 880 e-learning courses accessible in an ‘anywhere, any device’ format, this initiative aims to facilitate continuous learning and development among the workforce.
