TFP Bureau, Raipur; February 12, 2024: Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai underscored the significance of parental reverence while attending a maternal-father worship program in Kandora, Jashpur on Sunday. Stressing the importance of serving parents, he stated that nothing surpasses their happiness, and success in life hinges on keeping them content. In a bid to honor parental love and respect, the Chief Minister declared February 14 as Mother-Father Pujan Day in Chhattisgarh.
During the event, Chief Minister Sai commended the organizers for initiating the Mother-father Pujan Day and reiterated the invaluable role parents play in one’s life, likening them to deities. He emphasized that parental blessings hold immense significance, transcending all other forms of worship. Quoting scriptures and religious tales, he urged all sons and daughters to pay homage to their parents and uphold their dignity.
The program featured addresses by prominent figures, including Shri Rajiv Ranjan Nande and Shri Yogesh Bapat of Vanvasi Ashram, who emphasized the importance of parental guidance and urged youngsters to embrace traditional values.
