TFP Bureau, Raipur; February 21, 2024: Adani Foundation orchestrated a significant healthcare initiative on Saturday, conducting a free special health check-up camp in Tilda block of the district at Ayushman Arogya Kendra, village Bahesar. This philanthropic endeavor, organized under the auspices of Adani Power Limited, Raipur, witnessed the active participation of over 400 beneficiaries who availed themselves of essential health services.
Specialist doctors from HM Multispeciality Hospital in the capital city of Raipur provided comprehensive medical examinations, covering areas such as bone health, heart conditions, gynecological issues, and general wellness. Additionally, free medicines were distributed to the attendees, ensuring holistic healthcare access.
A total of 434 individuals from Gram Panchayats including Bahesar, Kundru, Tandwa, Sirve, Bartori, and Khamhariya benefited from the camp, reflecting the widespread impact of this community health initiative.
The event saw the presence of key stakeholders, including Mrs. Kiran Verma, Sarpanch of village Bahesar, Mr. Sohan Lal Verma, Sarpanch representative, Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bais, Head of Human Resources Department at Adani Power Limited, and Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh, Program Manager of Adani Foundation. Their active involvement, alongside the enthusiastic participation of villagers and team members, underscored the collaborative effort towards promoting healthcare accessibility and well-being in the region.
