According to the released results, a total of 3597 candidates have qualified to advance to the main examination phase. The examination, held as the initial stage of the selection process, attracted a staggering 1,58,211 online applications for 242 posts across 17 services advertised by the Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission.
Conducted on February 11, 2024, the State Service Preliminary Examination-2023 has been a subject of anticipation among the youth of Chhattisgarh, who have long advocated for the release of category and sub-category-wise cutoff marks alongside the results. Responding to these demands, the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has taken a proactive stance by incorporating this transparency measure into the announcement of the preliminary exam results.
