Operational simplicity is a hallmark of the cVIGIL app, which seamlessly connects vigilant citizens with relevant authorities, including District Control Rooms and Flying Squads. By enabling real-time reporting of misconduct through audio, photos, or videos, the app facilitates prompt action against violations. Geo-tagging features further enhance the app’s functionality, providing precise location data for reported incidents and ensuring accountability.

The cVIGIL app stands as a testament to the ECI’s commitment to leveraging technology for the benefit of voters and political parties alike. As a vital tool in the electoral arsenal, it reinforces the Commission’s dedication to upholding the principles of democracy and electoral integrity.
