TFP Bureau, Raipur, April 1, 2024: In anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Chhattisgarh, the state government has declared a three-day holiday, as announced in a notification issued today. The move aims to facilitate voter participation and ensure smooth conduct of the electoral process.
The polling for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 is scheduled to take place in three phases across various districts of the state. The first phase is slated for April 19 in Bastar district, followed by the second phase on April 26 in Rajnandgaon, Mahasamund, and Kanker districts. The final phase is scheduled for May 7 in Raipur, which includes Bilaspur, Durg, Surguja, Raigarh, and other remaining districts.
