TFP Bureau, Raipur, April 19,2024: In a significant development, a trial court has accepted the closure report filed by the state Economic Offences Wing – Anti-Corruption Bureau (EOW-ACB), ruling that no evidence of disproportionate assets exists against Aman Singh and his wife Yasmin Singh.
The court’s decision also included the annulment of FIR No 09/2020, which was initiated during the tenure of the previous Congress government led by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
Reacting to this verdict, Senior BJP leader from Chhattisgarh and practicing lawyer, Naresh Chandra Gupta, hailed the court’s decision as a triumph of integrity and honesty. Gupta expressed appreciation for the trial court’s judgment, emphasizing that justice has prevailed.
