TFP Bureau, Raipur, May 8, 2024: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has been operating a toll-free helpline 18002334363 to assist students grappling with pre-exam result stress. From 10:30 am until evening, the helpline received a total of 65 calls seeking guidance and reassurance regarding impending exam results, which are due to be released between May 1 and May 15.
Students expressed concerns about result release dates, their performance, and passing criteria. Psychologists, doctors, and career counselors designated by the Board swiftly addressed these queries and provided solutions to alleviate anxiety. See a video here
Operated under the auspices of Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board President, Mrs. Renu Ji Pillay, and in accordance with directives from Secretary, Mrs. Pushpa Sahu, the helpline aims to support students during this critical period. Today, experts including Dr. Swati Sharma, Dr. Varsha Varvandkar, and Board Deputy Secretary, Mr. J.K., offered counsel on stress management, career choices, and subject selection.
Today, from 10:30 am to 5 pm, the helpline will continue its services under the guidance of Mrs. Monica Sahu, a psychologist and career counselor. Students and parents are encouraged to reach out for support during this crucial time.
