TFP Bureau, Raipur, May 13, 2024: A five-day state-level training program for division and district officers of the School Education Department commenced on May 13, 2024, at the Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration in Nimora. The program, inaugurated by Director of Public Instruction, Mrs. Divya Umesh Mishra, aims to enhance the administrative efficiency and scheme knowledge of education officers to ensure quick implementation of high-priority works.
Addressing the inaugural session, Mrs. Mishra emphasized the crucial role of education officers in implementing plans, rules, and instructions issued by the department. She stressed the importance of being administratively efficient and knowledgeable about schemes like the National Education Policy, Nishtha Portal, Diksha Portal, Prabandhan Portal, RTI, and PM Nutrition Scheme.
The training program will include pre-tests and post-tests to assess the officers’ knowledge and understanding. Additional Director Dr. Yogesh Shivhare highlighted the significance of being a good administrator, knowing rules and regulations, and taking proactive steps to avoid problems.
The program will cover various topics, including additional subjects in evening sessions. Deputy Director Mr. Ashutosh Chavre, Mr. Ashok Narayan Banjara, Mr. Prashant Pandey, Course Director Mr. Abhishek Dubey, Dr. Pradeep Shukla, and Nodal Incharge Mr. D. Darshan were present at the inaugural session. A total of 33 district education officers and 12 assistant directors are participating in the training.
This training program is a vital initiative to enhance the capacity of education officers and ensure effective implementation of schemes, ultimately benefiting the school education department and the state’s education system.
