TFP Bureau, Raipur; May 18, 2024 – The Secretary of the School Education Department, Mr. Siddharth Komal Pardeshi, emphasized the importance of prompt problem resolution during the concluding ceremony of the five-day state-level training session for division and district officers at the Chhattisgarh Administration Academy today.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Pardeshi highlighted the necessity of training for better administrative implementation within the School Education Department. He stressed the significance of understanding rules and regulations to make informed decisions, leading to faster progress and visible improvements.
Mr. Pardeshi also underscored the importance of assigning tasks according to individual capabilities and making decisions within one’s jurisdiction. He called for a study of the promotion process within the education department and advocated for the organization of more summer camps to provide creative opportunities for children.
Expressing optimism for future decision-making processes, Mr. Pardeshi announced plans to extend training to block-level officers to enhance their skills and efficiency. He declared himself capable of organizing training sessions for all block-level officers following his own training.
Mrs. Divya Umesh Mishra, Director of Public Education, expressed confidence that the knowledge gained during the training would facilitate the efficient implementation of schemes. She anticipated that the officers would approach their duties with renewed energy and commitment.
Mr. T.C. Mahavar, Director of the Academy of Administration, emphasized the importance of maintaining management capacity and financial discipline. He urged all trainees to adhere to discipline and regulations in their offices.
The ceremony commenced with Dr. Abhishek Dubey providing an overview of the topics covered during the five-day training. Notable attendees included Mrs. Iffat Ara, Deputy Secretary of the School Education Department, and Additional Director Dr. Yogesh Shivhare, among others.
During the training, officers such as Mr. R.P. Aditya, Joint Director of Bilaspur, and Mr. Himanshu Bharatiya, District Education Officer of Baloda Bazar, shared their insights and experiences. Deputy Director Mr. Ashutosh Chavre expressed gratitude on behalf of the participants.
