TFP Bureau, New Delhi; June 8, 2024: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai has taken swift action to ensure the best possible medical treatment for those injured in a tragic bus accident in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Early this morning, a bus carrying devotees from Chhattisgarh on a religious tour overturned on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Firozabad. The accident resulted in three fatalities and injuries to 40 passengers.
In response, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has dispatched a team led by MLA Prabodh Minj from New Delhi to Lucknow to oversee the treatment of the injured and liaise with the Uttar Pradesh government. The team also includes Residential Commissioner Shruti Singh and other MLAs.
The Chief Minister has confirmed that the injured are being treated at the District Joint Hospital in Shikohabad and Firozabad Medical College. He has communicated with the district administration and instructed medical staff to provide the best possible care, while also issuing necessary directives to higher officials to ensure comprehensive support for the victims.
