TFP Bureau, New Delhi, June 16, 2024: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today shared a video on Ardh Chakrasana, also known as the half wheel posture, encouraging people to incorporate it into their daily routine for improved heart health and better blood circulation.
The video, released ahead of the 10th International Yoga Day, provides a step-by-step guide to performing the standing posture in both English and Hindi.
In his post on the social media platform X, the Prime Minister emphasized the health benefits of Ardh Chakrasana:
“Do practice Chakrasana for good health. It is great for the heart and also helps improve blood flow.”
He also posted in Hindi, highlighting the benefits of regular practice:
