TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 17, 2024: The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board will conduct the PPT exam for admission to Polytechnic Colleges across 32 district headquarters in the state on June 23, 2024, from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm. Candidates can download their admit cards starting June 17 by accessing their profiles.
To download the admit card, candidates can visit their profile login page through the admit card website (http://vyapam.cgstate.gov.in), (https://vyapamaar.cgstate.gov.in), or the CHIPS website (http://cgstate.gov.in). Additionally, a short URL will be sent via SMS to the candidates’ registered mobile numbers, allowing them to directly download the admit card to their mobile devices and print it.
According to the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, candidates should arrive at their examination center about an hour before the exam starts to complete the identification process with their original ID card and gain entry. If any candidate encounters issues regarding the examination center, they can contact the helpline at 0771-2972780 or mobile number 8269801982. Candidates must print out the full admit card, and if the photo is missing, they should bring two color passport-size photographs to the exam center. Admit cards will not be sent via post.
Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the location of their examination center a day before the exam. No late entry will be allowed once the examination has begun. On exam day, it is mandatory for candidates to bring their original photo ID proof, such as a Voter ID card, Driving License, PAN card, Aadhar card, Passport, School photo ID card, or a Marksheet with photo in original. Photocopies of ID cards will not be accepted, and entry will be denied without an original ID.
