Free NEET, JEE Training Launched for Korba Students

Minister Dewangan and Officials Launch Program, Emphasize Future Opportunities

TFP Bureau, Raipur; June 23, 2024: The Chhattisgarh Government has launched a free training program for NEET and JEE exams aimed at meritorious students from Korba district. The initiative was officially started by Commerce, Industry, and Labor Minister Shri Lakhanlal Dewangan in a ceremony at the Korba Collectorate meeting hall.

Addressing the students, Minister Dewangan emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication, urging them to seize this golden opportunity. “Prepare for the challenges ahead, achieve your goals, and make your family, district, state, and country proud,” he said. He highlighted the government’s commitment to education and development in mineral-affected districts under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai.

The event saw the participation of notable figures including MLA Pali Tanakhar Shri Tuleshwar Singh Markam, Mayor Rajkishore Prasad, District Panchayat President Shivkala Chhatrapal Singh Kanwar, Collector Ajit Vasant, and other officials and representatives.

Collector Vasant noted that 100 meritorious students from the district have been selected for free residential coaching at the prestigious Allen Institute in Raipur. “This initiative is fully funded by the state government and the district administration, ensuring you receive quality education. Make the most of this opportunity and inspire future students,” he encouraged.

MLA Markam, Mayor Prasad, and District Panchayat President Kanwar also expressed their support, urging students to set goals and work diligently towards them.

The bus carrying the selected students to Raipur was flagged off by Minister Dewangan and other dignitaries amidst cheers and well-wishes. The students, brimming with enthusiasm, expressed their gratitude to the state government and district administration for this opportunity.

The program, initiated by the District Minerals Institute Madh, selected 100 students (72 girls and 28 boys) from government schools based on their academic performance. These students will now prepare for their NEET and JEE exams with the support of experienced teachers at Allen Institute.

The initiative covers all expenses, including educational fees, accommodation, and other facilities, underscoring the government’s commitment to nurturing young talent and providing them with the resources needed to succeed.
