TFP Bureau,Raipur, June 25, 2024: During his visit to Bilaspur, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma attended the 13th Foundation Day celebrations of Atal Bihari Vajpayee University. At the event, he garlanded the statue of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and paid his respects. He also inaugurated the university’s new computer lab.
In his address, Deputy Chief Minister Sharma began with a poem by Atal ji and urged the youth to work hard with full strength and dedication to achieve success. He emphasized the importance of staying true to one’s principles and never deviating from the path of truth. He also distributed prizes to outstanding teachers and students.
Deputy Chief Minister Sharma released several university publications, including the quarterly magazine Kanhar and the monthly magazine Atal Drishti. The event featured Beltara MLA Mr. Sushant Shukla as a special guest and was presided over by Vice Chancellor Mr. ADN Bajpai.
Highlighting the rapid progress of the university, Sharma expressed his satisfaction and assured that the Chhattisgarh government will provide all necessary support to help the university reach new heights. He advised the youth against adopting shortcuts to success, emphasizing the value of hard work and perseverance.
