Revenue Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma Releases Key Books on Administrative Functions

Books ‘Tehsildar’ and ‘Chhattisgarh Revenue Book Circular (RBC)’ Unveiled

TFP Bureau, Raipur, June 29; 2024: Revenue and Sports Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma unveiled two significant publications, ‘Tehsildar’ and ‘Chhattisgarh Revenue Book Circular (RBC),’ today at his office residence. The event saw the presence of distinguished guests including former Chairman of District Panchayat Raipur and Apex Bank, Shri Ashok Bajaj.

Authored by Shri K.K. Bajpai, former Joint Secretary, the book ‘Tehsildar’ delves into the responsibilities and powers entrusted to Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars under various state laws. The book provides practical examples of various administrative documents, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of tehsils across the state.

The second edition of ‘Revenue Book Circular (RBC)’ by Shri Umesh Kumar Patel, Joint Collector, R.P.S.-2015, and Under Secretary of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, includes updated departmental circulars, acts, rules, notifications, as well as illustrative examples of departmental orders and objective quizzes. These resources are designed to inform both officials and the public about the legal framework and operational protocols of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department.

During the release, Raj Law Publication’s proprietor, Shri Chandra Kumar Thakur, and Shri Avinash Aggarwal, along with other dignitaries, were also present. The event highlighted the importance of these publications in facilitating better understanding and application of administrative laws and procedures in Chhattisgarh.
