TFP Bureau, Raipur, July 3, 2024: Acting promptly on a complaint received during Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai’s Jandarshan program, the Raipur district administration has cleared illegal encroachments from a five-acre plot adjacent to the main road in Sejbahar.
Villagers had reported during the Jandarshan that Santosh Dahariya, a resident of Banarsi village in Mana, had unlawfully occupied nearly five acres of government land, constructing permanent structures and engaging in illegal land sales. Chief Minister Sai took immediate notice of the issue and instructed Raipur Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh to investigate and take necessary action.
Collector Dr. Singh tasked Raipur SDM and his team to verify the complaint. The investigation confirmed the encroachment, with shop-like structures and unauthorized land sales creating access issues for farmers during the current farming season.

Tulsi Rathore, and police and revenue staff, JCB machines were used to demolish the illegal structures. Additionally, wire fencing installed by various individuals was removed.
