TFP Bureau, New Delhi, July 18, 2024: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the comprehensive Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047, a strategic plan for the state’s long-term development.
During the significant meeting held at Shah’s residence in New Delhi, Chief Minister Sai detailed the state government’s identification of eight key areas for development. He explained that a dedicated working committee has been formed to accelerate progress in these areas, engaging regularly with the public and experts to formulate an effective action plan.
The Chief Minister also updated the Union Home Minister on the state’s stringent measures against Maoist activities, including efforts to dismantle their supply and funding networks. He highlighted the effective actions taken to curb Maoist operations and the financial support structure that sustains them.
Additionally, Chief Minister Sai discussed ongoing Naxal operations and development projects in Maoist-affected areas. He emphasized the rapid expansion of infrastructure, along with special campaigns to enhance education and health services in these regions.
Home Minister Amit Shah praised the Chhattisgarh Government’s initiatives and assured full support from the Central Government to maintain peace and stability in the state.
