“After completing our studies, we struggled to find suitable jobs due to a lack of skills. But the electrician course at Adani Skill Development Center gave us the opportunity to be employed in a prestigious multinational company. We are committed to working hard and building successful careers,” they shared.
Local community leaders, including the village sarpanch and deputy sarpanch, along with the trainees’ families, celebrated the achievement and praised the efforts of ASDC.
ASDC’s initiative is part of a broader commitment by RRVUNL to foster skill development and career opportunities for tribal youth in the region. In addition to vocational training, initiatives include free online coaching for competitive exams like JEE and NEET, infrastructure improvements in local schools, and environmental sustainability efforts. These initiatives, along with projects such as tree planting on rehabilitated land, have significantly contributed to the local economy and the integration of tribal communities into mainstream development efforts.
