TFP Bureau, Raipur, October 8, 2024: Governor Shri Ramen Deka made a significant visit to Dongargarh today, offering prayers at the revered Maa Bamleshwari temple. Accompanied by his family, the Governor sought blessings from the goddess for the happiness, progress, and prosperity of the people of Chhattisgarh.
During the visit, the Governor participated in a ritual at the ‘havan kund’ and had darshan of the Jyoti Kalash, deepening the spiritual significance of the occasion.
Local officials, including Collector Shri Sanjay Agarwal and SP Shri Mohit Garg, welcomed the Governor and presented him with a coffee table book published by the Tourism Department, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region. Additionally, members of the Maa Bamleshwari Trust honored Governor Deka with a memento, recognizing his dedication to the state’s welfare.
