TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 27, 2024: The Chhattisgarh Government has initiated a large-scale recruitment process aimed at providing greater employment opportunities for the state’s youth. On the directives of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the Finance Department has approved the recruitment of 8,971 posts across 19 departments. This move is part of the government’s ongoing effort to enhance public sector employment in the state, with more recruitments slated to follow.
In a significant step forward, the Finance Department has also cleared the way for the recruitment of 96 posts in the Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority (NRDA), 27 posts in the Electrical Inspector Office, and 28 positions in the State Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL). This brings the total number of newly approved posts in these three departments to 151.
For the NRDA, the approved positions include managerial roles in finance and public relations, as well as various engineering and technical posts. This also encompasses roles such as Assistant Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT), Assistant Planners, and Stenographers. Additionally, 26 posts of Assistant Grade-03 and several other key positions have been cleared for recruitment.
The Electrical Inspector Office will see the addition of 27 posts, including Deputy Engineers, Electricians, and Assistant Grade-3 roles. In the Forensic Science Laboratory, 28 vacancies for Scientific Officers have been approved, further strengthening the state’s capabilities in forensic investigations.
The approval for these positions is part of a broader recruitment initiative across the state. Following the Chief Minister’s guidance, various departments, including Health, Public Health Engineering, Agriculture, Home, Law, Tribal Welfare, and others, are moving forward with their recruitment processes. This will not only enhance departmental efficiency but also create numerous employment opportunities for the youth of Chhattisgarh, stimulating both public service and economic growth.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has continuously prioritized education and employment for the state’s youth. In addition to creating job opportunities, he has also advocated for a relaxation of the age limit for government recruitment, including a five-year reduction for youth applying to various positions, including in the Police Department.
This ongoing recruitment drive is expected to provide a significant boost to the state’s developmental projects while offering Chhattisgarh’s youth better prospects for employment and career growth.
