TFP Bureau, Raipur, November 29, 2024: The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has released the consolidated merit list for the State Service Examination-2023, marking the culmination of a rigorous selection process. A total of 703 candidates have successfully secured positions in various government services, as announced on the Commission’s official website.
The process began with an advertisement for 242 posts across 17 services under Chhattisgarh’s subordinate departments. The examination journey included the preliminary examination, held earlier this year, which saw 3,597 candidates qualifying for the State Service Main Examination conducted from June 24–27, 2024. Of these, 703 candidates advanced to the interview stage, held from November 18 to 28, 2024. Remarkably, all 703 shortlisted candidates participated in the interviews, resulting in a final merit list based on combined scores from the written exams and interviews. In a message to the successful candidates, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai extended his congratulations and best wishes.
“The youth selected in the State Service Examination hold a significant responsibility for the development of Chhattisgarh. I urge them to serve with honesty and dedication, contributing to the state’s progress,” he said.
Shri Sai also emphasized the importance of public service, encouraging the selected candidates to work diligently and uphold the highest standards of governance in their roles.
The consolidated merit list is now available on the CGPSC’s official website (www.psc.cg.gov.in), marking a milestone for hundreds of aspirants whose hard work and determination have earned them the opportunity to serve the state.
