TFP Bureau, Raipur, January 6, 2025: The final voter list for Chhattisgarh, following the special summary revision of the photo electoral roll, was officially published on 1 January 2025. Chief Electoral Officer Mrs. Reena Babasaheb Kangale met with political party representatives today to announce the details of the final voter roll.
Mrs. Kangale shared that the updated voter list has been uploaded on the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer’s office, ceochhattisgarh.nic.in. Voters can now download the list by polling station and access the information at their convenience.
The total number of registered voters in Chhattisgarh has now reached 2.11 crore, with 1.04 crore male voters, 1.07 crore female voters, and 728 third-gender voters. The sex ratio of voters in the state stands at 1024. Notably, there are 4.52 lakh voters in the age group of 18-19 years, representing a significant proportion of the electorate.
The state has a total of 24,371 polling stations spread across 90 assembly constituencies. Mrs. Kangale also informed that citizens can apply online for various services, including adding, deleting, modifying, or transferring names in the voter list through the Voter Helpline App or the official website https://voters.eci.gov.in.
The meeting, which included Joint Chief Electoral Officer Shri P.S. Dhruv, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer Shri Apurv Priyesh Toppo, and Assistant Chief Electoral Officer Shri Rupesh Verma, provided further clarification to political parties regarding the final voter list and upcoming electoral processes.
