On this auspicious day, households and temples create a symbolic pond called Sagri. Women gather to offer Pasahar rice, Kashi flowers, Mahua leaves, and lai, worshiping Lord Shiva and Sagari. It is a day when women fast and pray fervently for the health, longevity, and prosperity of their children.
