TFP Bureau, Korba; Dec 7, 2023: The Delhi Public School (DPS), Balco’s; Boys team has clinched a coveted spot in the CBSE National Science Exhibition with their outstanding model showcased at the CBSE Regional Level Science Exhibition-2023 (Bhubaneswar Region). The regional event, held at NH Goyal World School, Raipur on December 4th and 5th, featured 45 models from 25 schools in both junior and senior categories.
Purva Patel and Akanksha Patel, both 6th-grade students, represented DPS Balco in the junior section of the exhibition, guided by their science teacher, Mr. Praveen Patel. The exhibition’s themes centered around promoting a healthy lifestyle for the environment, agricultural communication and transportation, and computational thinking in the age of science and technology.
DPS Balco’s model, depicting a green city focused on sustainable living, garnered widespread appreciation from both the jury members and exhibition visitors. Impressed by its innovation and relevance, the school’s model secured a place at the national level CBSE Science Exhibition scheduled for January 2024 in Delhi.
Principal Shri Kailash Panwar extended his congratulations to the students, their parents, and the dedicated teacher, acknowledging their commendable contribution to this achievement. The selection for the national exhibition reflects the school’s commitment to nurturing scientific creativity and innovation among its students.
