TFP Bureau, Raipur, January 13, 2024: In celebration of the ‘Shri Ramlala Pran Pratistha Ramotsav’ taking place in Ayodhya, an expansive devotional and cultural spectacle is set to unfold across Chhattisgarh on January 22. Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain conveyed comprehensive details about the event’s framework to all collectors during a virtual meeting held in the CHIPS conference room today.
As part of this grand celebration, special programs will grace the locations along the Ram Vanagaman Path. The Chief Secretary emphasized that programs should extend to at least one distinguished temple in every district headquarters and development block. Secretary of the Culture Department, Mr. Anbalagan P., stressed the importance of ensuring cultural programs at the district and development block levels. He urged the active participation of the public, Manas Mandalis, local urban bodies, gram panchayats, private institutions, religious trusts, and temple committees in these events.
The collaborative efforts with these entities are expected to result in grand and harmonious programs, fostering a sense of unity and cultural richness. The organizers are tasked with making arrangements for lamp lighting, lamp donation, and illumination at selected prestigious temples in each development block on January 22.
As part of the festivities, Manas singing performances by five Manas troupes from the area will grace the temple premises. Such events are slated to unfold in at least one reputable temple in every district headquarters. Divisional Commissioners and Collectors from across the state actively participated in the meeting through video conferencing, demonstrating a unified commitment to the success of this cultural extravaganza.
