Sukma Student Joins Prime Minister Modi in ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, School Education Minister Shri Brijmohan Agarwal, and other dignitaries participated in the live telecast of the discussion organized at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in Raipur

TFP Bureau, Raipur, January 30, 2024: In the annual ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha,’ Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi engaged directly with school children, teachers, and parents, offering valuable insights for stress-free exams on Monday. A special highlight of this year’s program was the inclusion of Umeshwari, a student from Sukma, Chhattisgarh, who had the opportunity to sit with the Prime Minister during the discussion.

In an interactive session, Sheikh Kaifur Rehman, a student from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kanker, posed a question to Prime Minister Modi about tackling exam-related nervousness. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of patience, avoiding overexcitement, and approaching exams as a celebration rather than a source of stress.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, along with School Education Minister Shri Brijmohan Agarwal, MLA Shri Purandar Mishra, and Shri Anuj Sharma, participated in the live telecast program at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in Raipur.

Expressing concern for the students, Chief Minister Shri Sai acknowledged the Prime Minister’s consistent support for students facing exams, emphasizing the need to approach exams with positivity and hard work. He highlighted that the Prime Minister considers exams as a celebration and encouraged students to maintain a balance between studies and health.

Chief Minister Shri Sai conveyed the importance of maintaining physical and mental health, stating that the better the balance, the higher the guarantee of success. He commended the Prime Minister’s efforts in reshaping education policies, affirming that Chhattisgarh is also adapting to these positive changes.

Wishing students success in their exams, Chief Minister Shri Sai envisioned a new educational environment in Chhattisgarh, focusing on cooperation and encouragement rather than competition. He urged teachers and parents to provide support without burdening children with their aspirations.

School Education Minister Shri Brijmohan Aggarwal echoed the importance of goal-oriented preparations, commending the Prime Minister’s guidance on stress-free exam preparation.

The live telecast of the ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ program reached students through various channels, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and parents in Chhattisgarh. The number of participants in this discussion has seen a remarkable increase, with over 2 crore 26 lakh people participating this year, marking a significant rise from the 2018 participation of 22 thousand individuals.

It’s noteworthy that Anita Pahare, a teacher from Swami Atmanand School, Tongpal, and Shivam Bansal, a student from Kota Atmanand School, also actively participated in the discussion program held in Delhi today.
